At a special ceremony in Toulouse, France on 24 May 2011, Airbus celebrated delivery of the initial A380 jetliner for Korean Air – which is to become the sixth operator for this 21st century flagship jetliner. Set to the event's theme song, “For our dreams,” this video provides highlights from the ceremony – which included comments from Airbus President and CEO Tom Enders; Yang Ho Cho, Chairman and CEO of Korean Air; and Engine Alliance President Mary Ellen Jones. As a special tribute, the carrier’s first A380 was presented to invited guests by 500 Airbus employees – who carried blue, white and red umbrellas to form Korean Air’s tri-colour logo.
