The 28 April 2010 delivery ceremony of Hawaiian Airlines’ first A330 was steeped in the cultural traditions of the U.S. Pacific Islands, featuring flower leis, a blessing of the aircraft with salt and performances by Hawaiian dancers and musicians. These highlights also feature Hawaiian Airlines Chief Executive Officer Mark Dunkerley and Airbus Chief Operating Officer – Customers John Leahy formally marking the handover of the aircraft.
