Powered by Engine Alliance GP7200 engines, the A380 arrives in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in October 2006. The city’s airport is situated at 7,500 feet above sea level, allowing flight test personnel to evaluate the aircraft’s performance at high altitudes.
