When the A380 returns to Frankfurt, Germany from Hong Kong during commercial route proving in March 2007, the aircraft completes its first full turnaround during realistic operating conditions in just 95 minutes. Ground crew, cleaners, catering staff and cabin searchers ensure the jetliner is ready for an on schedule departure to the U.S. Lufthansa’s Vera Futterer and Hector Asensio, part of Airbus’ A380 airport compatibility team, are interviewed.
