Before the maiden flight of Airbus Military’s A400M on 11 December 2009, members of the flight test crew explains their specific role during the event. Among those featured are Chief Military Test Pilot Edward "Ed" Strongman, who captained the flight; Senior Flight Test Engineer Jean-Philippe Cottet, who was responsible for the powerplants; and Senior Flight Test Engineer Didier Ronceray, who was in charge of the handling qualities of the military airlifter.
