This video compilation recaps Airbus’ active participation during the 2011 Paris Air Show’s second day, which featured a number of new commercial announcements – including JetBlue Airways’ agreement to purchase 40 A320neo aircraft; CIT Group’s selection of 50 A320neo Family jetliners; and a memorandum of understanding for 25 A320 Family aircraft signed by Garuda Indonesia. In addition, Airbus and Rolls-Royce entered into an agreement to develop an enhanced version of the A350-1000; while Airbus Military and Israel Aerospace Industries inked a deal to jointly develop and market a new version of the C295 tactical transport.
